One of the most significant art movements of the 20th century; one that proposed commercial imagery was as much an art subject as any other. One where Andy Warhol turned a Campbells soup can into a masterpiece. Revolutionary and controversial pieces of art came to be, riding the wave of what was eventually called: Pop Art. Discover its origins, and some of the key representatives of this unique movement that changed the way we see art today. The session includes a discussion of 15-20 min. DURATION: 1 hour. WHEN: Send us dates when you can spend 1 hour with us to info@recrearte.ch . Any time Tue-Sat 10:00 21:30 pm. We will do our best to match your availability. OPTIONAL: Join an adjacent PAINT session where you will actively paint create your own Pop Art painting. Discount of CHF 10.- applies, if you visited this Culture Caffè session.
